Often focused towards eating with the seasons (especially game), dining outdoors and experimenting with local produce and fun flavour combinations.

Sergeant Sausage + the Burger Boys is a rebrand for a family sausage making hobby; three generations of the Patto family making snaggles! Game focused where possible and throughout the season (pheasant/ venison) - encouraging the field to fork and game to table ethos.
